Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the http://www.boothsmusic.co.uk website and the Booths Music App mobile application (the “Service”) operated by Booths Music (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
The default price of a 30 minute music lesson is £20. However, Booths Music leaves pricing to the discretion of each individual music tutor on site. Hour lessons are therefore £40 by default, but is subject to change by the tutor.
If you have a music lesson booked in at Booths Music, payment of the lesson is due in person during the lesson with the teacher. We ask that cancellations are made at least 24 hours before the start of the lesson.
For cancellations within 24 hours, a minimum of half payment to the tutor is required. In the event of a no-show, i.e. a student does not show up to a pre-booked music lesson without any notice or warning, a minimum of half payment to the tutor is required, with full payment of course preferable and appreciated by the tutor and Booths. For late arrivals, i.e. a student has turned up to a lesson but has missed part or majority of the session, full payment is required but is also subject to the tutor’s discretion.
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your contact details, home address and bank details. At the time of update, Booths Music takes payments via PayPal, where you will be asked to submit such details upon Purchase.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
