In conjunction with his full time role as the Booths Music web manager, James Aspinall is a member of the tuition team, offering drum lessons for beginner to advanced players. With a particular interest for funk, James offers drum lessons in various styles such as rock, indie, metal, jazz and more.
For those who wish to pursue the grade routes, James covers the popular Rockschool syllabus. At the same time, however, he places a lot of emphasis on all-round skills, techniques, improvisation, sight reading, timing and most importantly, enjoying playing the drums.
